Full Consultation*:
A written 1 page per room, room by room, inside and outside comprehensive report, including a detailed step by step clear set of instructions with pictures on preparing your home for sale.  After preparing the report, StyleMaven will return to review the report with the homeowners to ensure a proper understanding of instructions, as well as email a copy to the Listing Agent.  Once the house is staged as per the report, we will follow up before the Brokers Open House or the first public Open House to fine tune as needed.  At this time, "after" pictures will be taken which will be listed on StyleMaven's website as well as the Staged Homes website to give the home additional promotion.  We will also provide any extra information needed to sell the house such as packets for Open Houses or Listing presentations, showing instructions for the sellers, home staging statistics, community information, etc.  We are here to partner with you.  We succeed only when you succeed in selling your house!

*Less detailed reports are also available to keep with in the seller's budget.

Transformation:
Should you decide you would you rather have StyleMaven prepare your house for sale, we will execute the plan we created for your home.  Our home staging techniques will ensure your house is ready for sale.  If you choose this option, the full consultation is included at no extra charge.

Move-in Decorating:
Your house is sold.  Congratulations!  It looks great staged - you want to take the concept with you.  Now you can.  We will assist you in your new home, from color consultation to furniture placement and beyond.

Senior Move Coordination:
The sheer amount and sentimental meaning of “stuff” stashed in attics and basements often confound older people or children whose elderly parents die or fall seriously ill. Picking through possessions, dividing them fairly and discerning what has monetary value and what does not can be a mammoth job, especially if it’s done under duress or during a time of grieving.  We use a floor plan of the new home to help older clients make room-by-room decisions about what to move. Then we help clients sort through their other belongings, recommend estate-sale specialists, appraisers and auction houses as well as charities that will accept donations, offer packing and unpacking services, assess what is trash and how best to get rid of it, coordinate the move and finally place all furnishings in new location to insure the comfort of all concerned.

Redesign Services:
You are looking to "freshen up" your house but new furniture is not in the budget?  Often just a little rearranging of furniture, some new accessories or new paint will make all the difference.  We will artfully reposition your current treasures with consideration to architecture, room function and flow to create a visually pleasing, inviting space for you to enjoy.  Should there be room in the budget for new items, we will shop for or with you, staying within that budget.
